The brakes are dragging/sqeeling on my ATV. I took the tires off and seen that my brakepads stay against roto - atv brakes
The brakes are pulling / sqeeling on my bike. I took off the tire, and I saw that my stay disadvantages pads rotors. (If you release the brake, the brake pads concerns of the rotor in a certain way. I'm confused, any help is appreciated.

Caliper is captured, may be able to the crap beat out of him and lubricants ... unlikely, but wait ... They probably need to be replaced. Rusted in place is not in use.
Brake pads should be very close, if you are sure it pulls the door open and to compress the caliper to see if it moves freely, if you have another issue like a warped rotor
